What to Stream While Social Isolating part Two

Photo: Prime Video

You know what would be a good idea? To spend this week at home and do things like bake a cake, have a solo dance party, or stream some tv shows. Just like in the part one of this list (check it out here), the series were divided in different categories.

For the Fashion Lovers

This category consist of shows that is either fashion themed or became iconic due to its aesthetic.

Euphoria

Available at HBO GO

You probably know Euphoria as that series with Zendaya or because of the makeup. And, even though that’s true, it is also more than that. It follows a group of teenagers, one of them being   Rue (Zendaya), a 17-year-old who just got out of rehab. If you commit to watching it, you’ll get, besides the iconic makeup, some HBO staples: beautiful storytelling, beautiful images and butts.

Don’t watch near more conservative parents, way too sexual parents or kids.

Making the Cut

Available at Amazon Prime

Making the Cut is a design competition hosted by Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn. No, it is not like Project Runway, it is better. And the reason why it is better is because this is a design competition, and not a sewing competition. Because the designers don’t need to spend that much time sewing, they can spend more time creating better designs, which makes better clothes. If none of the above convinced you to watch it, then these unknown judges will: Naomi Campbell, Carine Roitfeld, Chiara Ferragni, Joseph Altuzarra and Nicole Richie.

Next in Fashion

Available at Netflix

Next in Fashion is a competition similar to Project Runway: a group of designers design and sew an outfit that fits a theme. It is hosted by Alexa Chung and Tan France.

The Fun Ones

The fun ones are basically those tv series that make you laugh all the time, no matter the mood.

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt

Available at Netflix

This show tells the story of Kimmy Schmidt, a brand-new New Yorker, who eithers enchants or annoys people with her very happy and energetic personality. Kimmy might seem just like your average weird human, but she is more than that. When she was 13, Kimmy was kidnapped and held captive with three other women for 15 years in an underground bunker. While on the bunker, Reverend Richard Wayne Gary Wayne, who looks a lot like Don Draper, convinced the women a nuclear apocalypse had happened and they were their only survivors.

Watch it if you want to find out how to get casted in Cats.

Fleabag

Available at Amazon Prime

Fleabag has, deservingly, received many awards. The show is based on Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s one woman-show, which tells the story of a young woman with a very messy life living in London.
